When searching for UK construction contracts, the sector covers a vast range of products and services including anything from supplying building equipment, architecture and design and build, to repairs and maintenance and demolition. As such, the most challenging task to start with will be to sort through the extensive listings and then the tender documents to identify which tender you want and which tender you’ve got a good chance of winning.

Don’t necessarily be put off if a construction contract looks too big, as a £10 million construction contract could actually be made up of many smaller lots making it more accessible for SMEs. Similarly, tender notices may be listed as £0 value, which aren’t actually £0 value, it just means that the procurement team haven’t provided all of the key details.
