Description

NHS Highland, as the Lead Agency for Integrated Health and Social Care for Adults under the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership (HHSCP), is required to commission Adult Social Care Services across the Highland Council area. Expressions of interest are invited for the ongoing provision of Care at Home, Residential and Nursing Care Home Placements, Registered Day Care and Supported Living, Housing Support and Home Based Respite services. This notice is open to all existing and potential new service providers.

All awarded contracts will be subject to the acceptance of the attached NHSH contract forms and the :
Lot 1 Care at Home Contract 2024
Lot 2 Care Home Contract 2024
Lot 3 Day Care Contract 2024
Lot 4a Standard Support Contract 2024
Lot 4b Housing Support Contract 2024
Lot 4c Home Based Respite Contract 2024
Schedule of Health Board Approved Rates (2024/25 provided for information only)

For this Flexible Framework, it would be expected that successful Contractors would commit to working with the HHSCP to review community benefit opportunities where the cumulative level of spend exceeds a 200k GBP threshold.
